New work and community engagement requirement
Starting January 2027, some adults ages 19–64 must show 80 hours per month of work, school, or community service to keep certain coverage. Some people are exempt. See Help and FAQs.

Two-step verification now required
All accounts must use two-step verification at sign in. A code is sent to the phone or email on file.

Scheduled maintenance
The portal will be unavailable Sunday 11/01/2026 from 1:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m. for scheduled maintenance.

Public charge reminder
Using health coverage does not count against most immigrants in public charge decisions. Talk to a legal services provider.
